Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Buyer may elect to transfer their purchase to another consumer at no cost if they cannot or choose not to complete the process. You may initiate the transfer to another consumer by emailing our support address.

Consumer should be aware that the credit bureaus reserve the right to modify their process and may require consumers to provide additional information, which they may be informed of directly by mail or phone number provided by the consumer on the application submission forms sent to Credit Parent. Credit Parent will work with consumer to administer and relay additional document collection and exchange with the credit bureaus when required, but has no obligation and provides no guarantee that any credit bureau will accept the documents provided by the consumer, even if reviewed and submitted by Credit Parent on behalf of the consumer.
